                                               Literature and Arts

The Qin Dynasty had several writings, poems, and other forms of Literature, but most likely the first thing that comes to several peoples minds when they think about the Literature of the Qin dynasty is the burning of the books.
Emperor Qin went to great lengths to burn varieties of books written by scholars, who had different ways, opinions, or religions about life, that usually went against Emperor Qin's beliefs. So not only did he attempt to stop the flow of ideas by burning books, but he actually buried several Scholars alive! He wanted his beliefs to prevail so much he buried people alive.
The people of the Qin Dynasty had several exquisite artists, as shown in the uniqueness of the 7,000 terra-cotta warriors that were buried with Emperor Qin in his tomb. They are said to all have unique faces, and to stand at about six foot four inches approximately. Another form of art that was created and standardized  by Emperor Qin was a new form of Calligraphy, which wasn't the largest benefactor to the Dynasty, but it did help people to understand messages, letters, school work, etc... It didn't influence much in China's future, but in the Qin Dynasty every little bit helped.
